  2. Wow, good for you... I am SO not a morning runner in this weather! The darkness makes it feel so much colder!

  3. as a number-aholic i love this post. i'm trying to get used to the cold too. but i'd much rather be a morning runner in winter than afternoon because to me i always anticipate it being colder in the dark so i'm pleasantly surprised when it feels "warm" hahah

  4. I am a morning runner but there is NO way that I will go outside in the dark to run. EVER. I just can't do it. TOO SCARED!

    Nice job on the run!

  5. Oooh that's cold!! I thought it had got bad here already but we're a bit warmer than you! I prefer to run after breakfast, running on an empty stomach makes me feel sick and it takes me ages to digest food so runs first thing don't really happen too often for me..

  6. I am a morning runner, but I could not get myself to run outside today in the cold. I WILL get the courage! Instead I ran on the treadmill, which is really just dreadfull. I need a vest like yours! Great job getting out there!

  7. Can I just say that I LOVE that you converted the temperature into Celcius for us Canadians?? Most American bloggers never do that I'm left going "huh!?"

    Haha!

  11. What a clever post! 5 am is early! I did that this summer but I really struggle to get up that early in the fall/winter for some reason...

  12. Great job! I am a morning runner, but my alarm goes off at 5:15 and then I am out the door around 5:45, now that it's cold I have to do some warming up on the eliptical before I head out the door. I really hate running alone in the dark, but luckily I have a couple friends who join me!

  13. I am a morning runner on the weekends! I love the peace and quiet. On week days I already get up at 4:30... some days I have gotten up at 3:30 to run!
