Your knee symptoms kind of sound like mine did when I hurt it back in February. I ended up seeing a PT and was told that my quads weren't very strong. There are a lot of good exercises and strengthening routines out there that can help with this. That and stretching, yoga, and using the foam roller should help. I know that once I started doing the strengthening routines from TriPower book, things started to look even better for my knee.

Keep your head up, it will get betterteacherwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15791382386588836461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4242345102337084083.post-6089101441950213152009-07-22T13:19:38.171-04:002009-07-22T13:19:38.171-04:00Don't give up on your HM yet. It sucks that you might need to stop running, but I've found that a good session in the pool and on the elliptical can really keep your cardiovascular strength up. And I also think resting will give your knees some time to heal itself, and hopefully that will minimize some of the pain. Just think about this time as an opportunity to try new activities, like swimming :)Juliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17147492853832515411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4242345102337084083.post-11073331353680020272009-07-22T12:20:49.003-04:002009-07-22T12:20:49.003-04:00It's a letdown but sounds like the rest is muc...It's a letdown but sounds like the rest is much needed.
