And yes, I could eat burritos or tacos or quesadillas several times a week if it were just me. This will make you stronger and mentally prepared for the marathon, for sure!

Writing that made me think about how I have been doing double digit mid-week runs and feel bad about it since I am not training for a marathon. But I am having fun and that is all that matters!

LOL, that comment does not make sense. I guess I feel better seeing you do double digit runs mid-week (even though you ARE marathon training). :)Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03201592937889358953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4242345102337084083.post-91697680433591452322012-04-20T11:03:22.454-04:002012-04-20T11:03:22.454-04:00Great job Joanna!! That is ...Wow, that is a tough lunchtime work out! That is awesome that your workplace is flexible, though! Mine so isn't - people don't even really leave for 30 minute lunches!

I think every training cycle inevitably has a couple of tough workouts. They make you mentally stronger. Tough to go through them, but they do serve a purpose. I had a couple of really hard workouts last training cycle - mostly on tempo nights.Lisa from Lisa's Yarnshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05335500882510597919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4242345102337084083.post-78119037547252009472012-04-19T21:53:30.945-04:002012-04-19T21:53:30.945-04:00That sounds killer, especially for a mid-day run. That sounds killer, especially for a mid-day run.KellytheCulinarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17157742508302761756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4242345102337084083.post-84590855989203799062012-04-19T20:42:11.182-04:002012-04-19T20:42:11.182-04:00Damn, that is a tough workout!
