Where have I been?

It has been a month since I posted.  And a lot has happened in that last month, much of which I can't or don't really want to talk about right now.

I am still running and it is the only thing really keeping me sane.  There's not a plan or a schedule - I just get out most mornings and enjoy the quiet and coolness.

This morning especially I needed a run.  I needed to get outside and run and just forget about what has been happening and enjoy the outdoors.  As I ran along I caught the end of the meteor shower and saw over 12 shooting stars.  It really made for a very special run and lifted my spirits.  Just beautiful to see flashes of stars falling in the sky - truly amazing.

I will say that I am ok, Brian is good, everything is really ok.  Just dealing with a lot of things right now.

Almost at the same time my life got slightly crazy, I realized I had run out of space on this blog for pictures. So I am a crossroads.  Do I continue with the blog and upgrade for more storage OR do I change over to wordpress?  When I started this blog over four and half years ago I never knew it would help me to meet so many great people and inspire me to run faster and farther than I had ever before.

So that is what is happening over here.  I might be back soon with a new blog, or I might not be back. I am not sure yet.  It is all up in the air for right now....

I've been thinking about you and when I saw your FB post last night I was going to ask where you have been but didn't want to be rude. I hope things get better for you. We miss you!

(switch to Wordpress, lol)

I really want to switch over or self host someday, but for temporary fix, I bought extra storage from google for $5 a year (HELLO CHEAP!). I totally panicked when I got that message that basically said, I'm sorry, you have no more room for stuff on your blog. ;)

Wishing you the best during this busy, stressful time. Hang in there. And yes, keep up the miles. They definitely help with the sanity.

I'm glad to hear from you and are glad that you are okay! If you ever want to email with someone who is distant and doesn't know your friends/family and who won't judge, feel free to hit me up! XOXO

I am sorry to hear you are dealing with something difficult. I hope you do continue to blog as I love reading your posts, but I do understand if you need to take a step away and take care of yourself/deal with what you are going through. :(

Oh no, I'm sorry things are tough right now, but I'm glad you and Brian are ok. Hang in there!! I switched to Wordpress about 8 months ago and like it, especially the commenting is so much more user friendly. It is not too difficult to set up. Also, I made a last post on my blogger blog with a link to my new wordpress blog. The switch wasn't too difficult and I don't think I lost too many readers either.

I hope everything sorts itself out for you. This might be the perfect time of year to take a full step back from blogging. I do hope you come back eventually though!

Missed reading your exploits. I vote you move to Wordpress 'cause you have a really enjoyable blog. But above all else I hope you are able to work through whatever it is you/y'all are dealing with. Have a Blessed Holiday Season...

Ahhh I hope you come back soon, or at least switch to wordpress. Hope things have gotten better since your last post. I totally understand the 'busyness' of life, it's hard to take the time to blog but I wanted to let you know I really appreciated your blog post about making time to run and spending time with Brian too. It's so hard to make time for everything and I appreciated your insight and that post :)
