So it is February now, and that calls for a quick recap of January.
- January miles = 70.1 (December miles = 58.9) - I am feeling good with my running and adding on the mileage.
- Daily Journal - I wrote in my five year diary everyday in January. I really love the 5 line approach. I just jot down something that happened that day, the weather and my workout. Its quick and easy to keep up with!!
