Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas to All!

This is my favorite holiday by far - I love the decorations and music and the homey feeling I get hanging out with my family. Yesterday my aunt and uncle got here and we watched old Christmas videos of me when I was 2 and 4 years old! I was such a goof ball, its a wonder how my parents put up with me!

I ran this morning! Yippie! It was a beautiful 37 degrees and I just ran along, not worrying about my time, letting my legs and brain and heart decide the pace. 3.74 miles in 29 minutes! The only problem now is that my sneakers are disgustingly dirty from the slush that was on the roads! I always try to keep my sneakers as white as possible for as long as possible!

My plan for tomorrow is to get up and run before family breakfast and present opening time! I know I should be doing a speed/interval workout but its really hard when the local high school track is covered with over a foot of snow! There is a Winter indoor track meet for any local people this coming Saturday so I will probably run in that.

I was looking at my month mileage and saw that so far I have only take off 4 days this month! AND it looks like I will only be taking one more day off for the rest of the month! I think the think that allows me to have so few rest days is that my mileage is not very high.

I am off to settle myself on the couch! I hope everyone has a fabulous Christmas!

That sounds like a great run! I am really dying to get outside but today it looked too icy!! It cracked me up you said you want to be 7-8 mos preg over christmastime. Why?? I think it is great because I can wear sweats on the weekends instead of shorts and t-shirts and be obvious! but that is just me!
