My parents have a bike in the basement. My future parents in law also have a bike in the basement.
The only difference is that the in laws have a HUGE tv in front of their bike. It is easy to bike an hour away with the crazy reality shows to watch.

Since I am home again and have no TV to amuse me while I ride the bike, I tried to multitask while on the bike.
Don't try this at home: Biking and crocheting.
The yarn will get caught in the pedals and then you will have to stop to untangle it. I guess I will just stick to reading while biking OR just zoning out/daydreaming.
Tomorrow I get to run outside again!! And the temperature is going to be above 30F! We are having a heat wave!

I want a bike JUST like that! I'm jealous! This 'heat wave' made me sweat today while i was in Target... who knew 35 was SO warm? LOL

I have the same bike. Got it on Craigslist for 1/4 the price because the guy I bought it from was not using it. Great workout.

Ha ha! We're all complaining here in Southern California because it was in the mid to low 30's for our low temp last night! I don't see how you do it!
hilarious! I'm a crafter and just found your blog as today I went for my first walk/jog as I try to lose my baby weight and get back into running again!
I definitely WONT try crochet on an exercise bike though, I find I can't even read on one but I love the look of that one with the hands moving - perfect and in front of a big tv - even better!

bahahahah I get tangled up just sitting on the couch watching tv and crocheting. I can't imagine the bike being thrown in to the mix. :p
