Sunny Saturday

Mornings like this were meant for running. Clear skies, a beautiful sun and crisp clean air. I started out later than usual to enjoy the warmer temperature!

I did a 2 mile out and back and when I got back, this little cat was waiting for me! She was enjoying the sunshine too!

4 miles really did a number on my legs so I spent some much needed time stretching, foam rolling and doing PT exercises. My left leg (the one that hurts) feels so tight all the time!

Now its time to enjoy the rest of the afternoon and finish my latest project - a baby blanket for a friend who just had twins (my mom is making the other blanket!)

Have a great weekend!

Look at all of that equipment! Hope it's helping.

It's a gorgeous sunny day here too and I headed out at noon to enjoy it. Can't waste this nice weather since it won't be here for long.

the weather here was beautiful today too! A perfect fall day and fantastic for running! Glad you were able to get out there but I hope your leg doesn't hurt too much. Smart to spend the time to stretch and do your exercises!

The blanket looks beautiful! What a gorgeous color!

That blanket looks awesome!

Our Saturdays were so different - I woke up to wet, heavy snow. Ick. It was such a mess outside. My boyfriend and I walked to the library from his condo and our feet were sopping wet when we got back. :( Not fun. I am not ready for winter so hope the snow melts this week!

I sympathize with the left leg pain and tightness. It is always that darn left leg for me, never the right one. :-/

Sounds like a beautiful day :)
