FAIL

I left my cell phone at home and I do not know anyone's numbers by heart

I forgot my coffee on the kitchen counter

My pants are too big and the belt I am wearing is not helping

BUT there is some good news:

A few weeks ago I went to return a pair of jeans to Banana Republic. Apparently BR has this RIDICULOUS return policy that after 30 days they will NOT accept any returns. So it has been 35 days since I bought said jeans (that did not fit and look horrible on me - I don't even know why I bought them) and I went in there and demanded a refund, store credit, anything at all! The pants were originally $79 and I got them on sale for $70. They finally said they would do an "un-receipted" return and I would get whatever the jeans were selling for at that time. Well I got $82 dollars returned to me and I got the check in the mail last night!

So there Banana - you should have just done what I told you to do because you just paid me $10 to return a pair of jeans!

Happy Thursday!

oh boy I have to return a couple things this weekend...moving to Miami meant I needed less winter stuff!

so on the leg lifts, I do them all laying down...front lifts, then laying on my side top leg, then bottom leg. They made a huuuuge difference

I see your other post about the weak hip and I've decided this is just what they tell all women. so yes work your hips, but don't over do it that's where I went awry

That's a pretty draconian return policy. I'm used to Costco and REI's polcies - they will take just about anything back - no questions asked. Costco recently updated their return policy on electronics, so you can no longer go buy a big screen TV for the World Series and then return it a month later.....

What started out as a crap day certainly turned out well! Score on the jeans!

Regarding the chiropractor; First and foremost there are a million people out there that think that chiropractic's is voodoo nonsense. I for one do not feel this way. I have seen the benefits of chiropractory personally as I have scoliosis and although I do not get adjustments as often as I should and need, I do go as much as I can. For me it brings amazing pressure relief throughout my entire body and with all the stress running puts your body through, added to my skeletal problems to begin with, my body NEEDS to be adjusted from time to time. It's not for everyone but it works for me and if you have an open mind I def recommend trying it. Because of their specialty they can also give you some other options for PT that you may not have tried. Bones are their thing ya know? (Sorry so long, you don't have an email for me to send this separately too) Hope this helps and if you have any more questions just drop me a line. (My email is on my profile)

I'm impressed! And I agree that it's a good thing if your belt isn't helping--I need to work on having more of those types of problems :)

Hahaha, that's awesome. Some stores have really ridiculous policies for sure.
